Luzchem Features 6 different exposure tools. 

 Our most popular exposure tool is our line of tube lamp photoreactors.  These are available in LED and Fluorescent light sources.  These are chamber reactors that have different features and sizes.  They are available in Fluorescent and LED photoreactors with manual control or computer control. Photoreactors with fluorescent lamps also accept LED lamps (labeled “LZC”) but are not dimmable.  They offer features such as top and/or side illumination.  Timers, stirring and much more.  Designed for multiple samples or medium volume samples to extra large samples this line of photoreactors offers a huge versatility. UV Titan is our newest product.  It provides either UVC, UVB and UVA wavelengths in a collimated beam.  It is designed using cutting-edge LED technology.  It offers a small footprint with significant power. 

Xenon Photoreactors are chamber photoreactors that have a Xenon lamp on top.  They offer a full spectrum solution.  The spectrum can be from 200 nm to the NIR.  They also come in ozone free and with filters that cut out the UVB and UVA.  This platform is also the basis for SolSim solar simulators and ICH-1 compliant devices.

LED Illuminator (LEDi) is a small to medium single sample irradiator.  It packs significant power in a small size.  It includes magnetic mixing for small samples.  Samples can vary from cuvette, flask, vial, tube and NMR tube. Available from UVC, UVB, UVA and a wide variety of narrow band in the visible range.

Well Plate Illuminator (WPI) is designed to accommodate 24 well plates or vials.  It allows users to irradiate up to 24 samples at the same time.  The samples are irradiated from below. 

Expo panels use 6 fluorescent or LED lamps.  They can be joined together, made into a closed area, provide light from above and below.  They are truly versatile.  We have customers who use them in refrigerators, over conveyor belts, etc.
